Our dog training classes help you and your dog learn to work around real world distractions so that you can be a better team when you need it most!

What Dog Training Classes Do You offer?
Currently, the only dog training class that we offer periodically is our Fido Fundamentals – Manners class. These classes are held periodically in the Event Center of the Strongsville Recreation Center. You can register by calling 440-389-3531.
Please note that this is a basic manners class aimed at dogs up to 2 years old. As such, it is not appropriate for dogs who are reactive (barking and/or lunging at other dogs or people) or aggressive.
Fido Fundamentals – Manners Dog Training Class
Our dog manners classes are six weeks long and on the same day and time each week. During this dog manners class, we work together to teach your dog manners through positive reinforcement. We teach behaviors such as:
- Attention around distractions of all forms, including dogs, people, objects, and more
- How to politely greet new people
- Confidence around new objects and at new locations
- Sit
- Down
- Handling like you’d see at a vet or groomer
- Loose leash walking
- Recall
Our Fido Fundamentals – Manners class is for dogs up to 2 years old who are looking for basic manners work.
